Barb Pierce, BEng, MBA, CD, PCC, Certified Executive Coach

Focus: Leadership and Executive Coaching

Drawing on more than 1,200 hours of coaching experience, Barb helps you become clear on  your purpose, mission, vision and priorities.   Using a strengths based approach to change, she also helps you create and maintain clear action plans to achieve or exceed your goals.  Working with Barb will help you to:

  • improve your relationships with your reports, peers and others
  • create stronger and more engaged teams
  • manage conflict more gracefully
  • be more focused and purposeful
  • increase your bottom line profits

Barb has a relaxed, authentic and engaging coaching style that puts you at ease.  She fosters a non-judgmental atmosphere where you can safely acknowledge and move on from past errors, fears and undesirable behaviour patterns.   Through purposeful conversations, Barb helps you to identify areas that could benefit from change and create an action plan to move forward.  Then, in a step by step manner, she helps you to resolve past traumas and/or learn skills and behaviours that allow you to live more authentically, harmoniously and peacefully.

A former army engineering officer, Barb has been coaching since 2000 and has more than 20 years of experience as a  manager, leader and project manager.  She completed coach trainings with Royal Roads University, Coaching Connections,  B/Coach and John Overdurf.  She is also a certified Master NLP practitioner, a certified hypnosis practitioner and a yoga  teacher certified at the YTT 500 hour level.

Peter Frauley, B. Admin, CHRM, Diploma Adult Ed, Certified Executive Coach 

Peter has diverse experience in financial services and human resources consulting. He has responsibility for designing and implementing highly individualized coaching programs and services to assist executives and professionals in transition. Peter provides coaching to management on planning organizational transitions in both the public and private sector.

Peter is certified in administering the Strong Interest Inventory and the Facet – 5. He is also qualified to administer and interpret a wide range of additional career-related assessment instruments. Peter has completed Coaching – Evoking Excellence in Others at Integral Coaching Canada and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal  Roads University.

His career includes more than 15 years of experience in the field of career transition, coaching and training. Peter’s current focus is on aligning businesses and people  with a focus on Leadership Development, Career Solutions, Recruitment & Outsourcing, Assessment & Measurement.

An avid volunteer, Peter has served as a mentor to Internationally Educated Professionals for Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization, Catholic Immigration Services and Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre. He is proud of having created opportunities for individuals to make personal discoveries by assessing their career direction, starting a new course of action or taking a new educational path.
